1. What you're paying for

Each package includes the camera kit hire for one weekend, return-paid postage, and the edited films described on the package card at time of purchase. Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is paid in full at booking. We do not take deposits or partial payments.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when payment has cleared and you have received a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or refund a booking if the requested date is no longer available or the booking does not match our scope.

3. Date changes

You may change your wedding date once at no charge, provided you give us at least 30 days notice and a replacement kit is available. Within 30 days, date changes are subject to a $150 rescheduling fee and kit availability.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • More than 90 days before the wedding: full refund minus a $150 admin fee.
  • 60–90 days before: 50% refund.
  • 30–60 days before: 25% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before: no refund, but we'll honour the kit hire on a later date subject to availability.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees remain in addition to these terms.

5. Kit hire — your responsibilities

From the moment the kit is delivered to your address until you hand it back to Australia Post, you are responsible for the equipment. We expect you to:

  • Keep the kit in your possession or with a person you nominate.
  • Use the kit only for the wedding it was booked for.
  • Return the kit, all components, and all SD cards within 72 hours of the wedding.

6. Accidental damage and loss

We carry full equipment insurance. Accidental damage caused during normal wedding use (drops, spills, weather) is covered at no charge to you. The following are not covered and you remain liable for:

  • Loss of the kit, individual cameras, or SD cards (replacement cost only, never resale margin).
  • Damage caused by deliberate misuse, theft, or failure to return.
  • Damage during transport when you did not use the supplied return label.

Replacement costs are documented on the hire contract supplied with every kit.

7. Footage and edits

You retain ownership of all footage captured on the kit. We are granted a non-exclusive licence to use short excerpts (no more than 30 seconds) for our portfolio and social media unless you opt out at booking. We license background music for all edits through Musicbed or Artlist; the licences are limited to your private use and our portfolio use.

8. Delivery and turnaround

We aim to deliver a 60-second Reel within 48 hours of receiving the kit back, and all longer edits within 14 days. Delays caused by Australia Post, defective SD cards, or footage corruption may extend this; we will keep you informed.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the package. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version published on this page on the date of your payment.
