We've never filmed anything before. Is this really going to work?+
Every kit ships with a one-page cheat sheet. We also run a 15-minute Zoom call with whoever you nominate as your shooters a week before the day. The cameras are pre-set — your crew presses one button.
What if someone drops a camera or spills champagne on it?+
Our kits are insured. Accidental damage is fully covered. The only thing we charge for is total loss, and even then only at replacement cost — never resale margin.
What if it rains on our wedding day?+
The cameras are weather-sealed. We've shot in everything from Bondi sun to Tasmanian downpours. The lapel mics are weatherproof too.
How many of our guests should film?+
Two to four trusted 'shooters' is the sweet spot. Often a sibling, the best man, a maid of honour, and one of the parents. We help you pick on the briefing call.
How fast do we get the films back?+
A 60-second Reel within 48 hours of us receiving the kit back. Full edits — Reel + 5-minute story (+ 15-minute long cut on Premium) — within 14 days.
Do you ship to regional Australia?+
Yes — anywhere Australia Post Express delivers. Kit goes out 5 days before the wedding. Return label included in the box.
Can we change our wedding date?+
Free date changes up to 30 days before the original date, subject to kit availability. Closer than that, see the terms page for the schedule.
What if we want to hire a real videographer too?+
Plenty of our couples do exactly this. Pro for the ceremony and first dance, our kit for everything else — the getting-ready, the speeches, the brunch, the after-party. The two cuts go together beautifully.
Do you handle music licensing for the edits?+
Yes. Every edit uses fully licensed music from Musicbed and Artlist. Your films will never get muted on Instagram or YouTube.
What if we just want the raw footage and we'll edit it ourselves?+
Get in touch — we can quote a kit-only hire. The default is the full edit package because that's where the magic actually lives.
